We produce a wide range of high-grade alloy products
According to its chemical composition, it can be divided into Aluminum 2011, Aluminum 2014, Aluminum 2024, Aluminum 3003, Aluminum 5052, Aluminum 5083, Aluminum 5086, Aluminum 6061, Aluminum 6063, Aluminum 6262, Aluminum 7049, Aluminum 7050, Aluminum 7075, with high precision and good surface quality.
Scheme Introduction
2011 is commonly used for screw machine parts, small precision gears, and precision mechanical parts such as clocks, cameras, and speedometer parts. If the ability to manufacture parts quickly and easily is the most important, and strength is not the main requirement, then 2011-T3 is a good choice.
2014 main application fields: landing gear and hydraulic cylinder.
2024 is an aluminum alloy whose main alloying element is copper. It is mainly used in applications that require a high strength-to-weight ratio and good fatigue resistance. It has weldable properties, but only by friction welding.
3003 can be used in the following application fields: cooking utensils, building hardware, pressure vessels, ice cube trays, perforated slurries, awning slats, gas lines, garage doors, refrigerator panels, heat exchangers, gasoline tanks, storage tanks, stretching and spinning components.
The 5052 can be used in the following application fields: milk cartons, hydraulic pipes, equipment, kitchen cabinets, small boat household freezers, aircraft pipes, fencing.
5083 is a non-heat-treated alloy known for its resistance to extreme environments, including seawater corrosion and industrial chemicals. Aluminium 5083 has limited machinability due to its ultra-high strength and is the material of choice for marine and aquatic applications, often used in the shipbuilding industry. Other uses of this alloy include transportation applications such as railways, trucks and bodywork, as well as pressure vessels and food processors.
5086 is an aluminium alloy made primarily of magnesium. It cannot be heat treated, but strengthens the material by strain hardening or cold machining. Since heat treatment has little effect on strength, 5086 is easy to weld (especially by arc welding) and retains most of its mechanical strength. Good welding results and good corrosive properties in seawater make 5086 very popular in ship gangways, shipbuilding and yacht hulls.
6061 is one of the most commonly used and versatile aluminum alloys. Known for its strength, processability, corrosion resistance and ease of connection, 6061 grade aluminum rods are widely used in various industries and application fields: aircraft accessories, camera lens holders, couplings, marine Corps accessories and hardware, electrical accessories and connectors, decorative or miscellaneous hardware, hinge pins, magneto components, brake pistons, hydraulic pistons, electrical accessories, valves and valve components, bicycle frames
